For best results, we recommend using as follows:

1. Use on clean skin and apply the AK PURE SKIN Face Oil Serum to nourish the skin and enhance the massage of the Gua Sha Stone. 

2. Start on the chin area. Gently place the inner curve of the stone on the jawline and massage it in an upward and outward motion toward the ear. Massage in circular motions below the ear to release tension. 

3. Move to the cheekbones. Massage from the crease of your nose upwards towards the ear.  

4. Nose and brow lines. Massage upwards through the brow lines towards the temple area. Gently massage in a circular motion temple area.

5. Forehead. Use the flat surface of the stone and massage it upwards from the eyebrow towards the hairline. 

6. Neck. Lastly, gently massage the stone up the neck for additional lymphatic drainage benefits.

After use, clean it by washing it with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
